During your consultation, we’ll learn more about you, hear your vision, and talk about the atmosphere you want to create for your friends and family. We highly recommend a video consultation so we can walk you through our visual presentation, show you what we offer, and explore ways to make your wedding night uniquely yours.
From Consultation to Contract: Once we understand what you’re envisioning, we’ll create a customized agreement outlining the services and enhancements you’ve selected. Your contract will be sent directly to your email, and you’ll have five days to review everything before the signing link expires.
Reserve Your Date: Ready to make it official? Our booking process is completely digital and easy to complete. Simply review your agreement, sign electronically, submit it, and make the required payment. Once your signed contract and payment are received, your date is officially reserved.
Planning With Your DJ: As your wedding gets closer, you’ll connect directly with your DJ to bring all the details together. Several weeks before your wedding, you’ll schedule a final consultation to review ceremony music, special dances, must-play songs, key moments, and everything you’ve added to your planning portal. Your DJ will use those details to build the entertainment timeline and coordinate it with your wedding planner’s final timeline, ensuring everyone is on the same page before the big day.
