Book The Spotlight

Planning a wedding can feel like a lot — but we’re here to make it easier. Let us answer some of the questions you’re probably already thinking about!

  • Yes, overtime rates are $350/hour, $175 per half hour

  • Our team typically arrives 2-2.5 hours prior to our start time. If we have a bigger production, we will coordinate with the planner and venue on an earlier arrival time.

  • Any package may be customized with additional add-ons and photo booth options available à la carte.

  • If you do not have a preference for a specific DJ, we will happily assign a qualified associate DJ to your event at no additional cost. 

    If you would like to secure a specific associate DJ from our team—ensuring they are reserved exclusively for your date only—you may do so for a flat fee of $350.

    Sean “RadioShorty,” B93.7 on air personality and owner of Premiere Party Entertainment, is available on The Legendary option only. 

  • $1.25/mile travel fee assessed for events outside of 60 miles Greenville, Spartanburg, or Anderson office, round trip. 

    $1.25/mile travel free assessed for events 60 miles outside of Charleston office, round trip. 

  • A $500 premium date fee applies to all holiday bookings.

  • If we are providing ceremony audio, coverage begins 30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony start time to accommodate guest arrival and pre-ceremony music. If we aren’t providing ceremony, our start time is coktail hour.

  • We provide audio for cocktail music, first dances, and dancing.

  • A signed contract and a 50% retainer fee books your date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. We offer a 10% incentive for upfront payments at the signing of. thecontract.

Doug McDonald is our live musician for Premiere Party Entertainment. He plays live guitar and is a soulful singer for live ceremony musician, cocktail hour, and dinner music for weddings, alongside our wedding DJ.

Live Guitarist & Singer

Doug McDonald is a well known singer/song writer/guitarist in the Greenville South Carolina area. In his career he’s shared stages and green rooms with bands like NEEDTOBREATHE and Jump Little Children. And you can hear him performing all over the area during the week at your favorite brewery or bar. And on Sunday’s he teams up with his church band.

Extra Microphones

All of our wedding packages do come with a lapel microphone for your officiant for your ceremony, and a wireless microphone for the reception for the DJ to make announcements, and for the blessing, a welcome, and toasts from the guests. If you have additional speakers or singers who need microphones, we can add them!
