If I've ever wanted to be best friends with anyone, it would be Auston Poynter. Not only is this man just a down to earth kind of guy, he has some AMAZING dance skills! 

I met with Emily and her mom twice during the planning process.  What I wasn't aware of is their amazing dance skills, and clearly their Spotify playlists are on point! I now have Peabo Bryson added to my Spotify favorites (and you should too)!  

Cocktail Hour:

Premiere Party Entertainment has done several weddings at The Cannon Centre of Greer.  Around 5:00pm we started to hear guests arrive and we started playing cocktail music while everyone began to mingle and enjoy cocktails prior to the wedding party arrival.

Please Welcome...:

Around 45 minutes later our wedding party was lined up, and I announced them one by one into the room.  Each member of the wedding party had a neat but simple dance as they entered the room.  Finally it was time for the stars of the evening.  Earth, Wind, & Fire's September began to play and we introduced Mr. & Mrs Poynter! We followed the wedding party intro with the main dances, followed by a special speech from the brides father, and then the officiant blessing the food.  During dinner we did indeed play some of their requests, including Peabo Bryson, and followed by the toasts from the Maid of Honor and Best Men, we start to do what we do best, which is get everyone moving on the dance floor.

Congrats Emily and Auston!

Austyn and I want to say congrats again to Emily and Auston.  Your wedding was truly amazing, and we are honored to be a part of such an amazing wedding with such amazing people.  The way your family spoke about you to us, and spoke about you in their speeches, proves that you are surrounded by amazing family!

Ceremony:

The ceremony set up was very impressive at Old Cigar Warehouse.  This is a building with a lot of history.  This building was used for cigar manufacturing in the early 1900's here in Greenville, SC.  Today, the scene was set with chairs in the main room for the ceremony, as we were set up in the corner playing lite Piano Guy's music as guests started to approach their seats. 

Following some enjoyable cocktails and dinner, we enjoyed the first dance

Then we kicked off the evening with tons of dancing and memorable moments!  And as DJ Austyn focused on mixing the next song, the bride joined in to help mix the tunes!

Ceremony:

The Loom at Cotton Mill Place in Simpsonville, SC is a historic venue, and an amazing setting for elegant weddings.  In the early 20th century this venue was a mill, in fact the original floors have been preserved and still hold the historic quality of this amazing venue.  As guests arrived, they enjoyed tunes from Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding Soundtrack (fitting, since the couple's honeymoon was at Disney!).

And of course we can't forget about the famous bouquet toss!  

We are so happy for Charlie and Kristin, and we are so proud to be have been a part of their wedding!
